This is the foundation of the course, and it is the pre-requisite to start breaking down the structures of the I-character.

We get to know the tools that are used in the course material that will assist us with our journey from the I to yOu.

We learn: Heart Activations x 1
Base Activations x 3
Basic wOOsh-wOOsh
Main Activation x 3 (Mainly working with the three lower Energy centres. (Chakra)
