GEMATRIA
Language is the way we communicate ideas to one another.
Through our education system, words have been given specific meanings to convey messages.
However, words, sentences, and paragraphs are all geared up to help us understand a deeper underlying code.
This is Gematria.
By assigning numbers to our alphabet (where A=1, B=2 all the way to Z=26). we can convert words into frequencies.
For example:
ENERGY = 5 + 14 + 5 + 18 + 7 = 74
What is interesting is to convert these numbers back into letters:
7 = G and 4 = D
We are now left with GD. But now, GOD has an O in it.
Why is the O so significant?
Because Energy without an O-utlet cannot express itself.
Think of a wall socket:
Plug in a radio, and you get music.
Plug in a light bulb, and you get light.

This is exactly what the ancient medieval Kabbalists were doing with the sacred texts.
They grouped words together if their numerical values were identical. For them, words with the same total were entirely synonymous in meaning.
In our English language, we will see incredible possibilities of finding words and sentences that might oppose one another-yet because they share the same numerical value, they prove they are part of the exact same continuum.
They are simply two opposite ends of a dual world.

Affirmations and mantras are like a focused beam of intention.
The more we hold the focus on a particular mantra or affirmation the faster it can become manifest in our reality.
Words have power so we need to be vigilant about where we place our attention on.
The higher the vibration of the mantra or affirmation the greater the reward that will be achieved.

In exception to the fabricated world that was created by the I-ego.

Through Gematria we have uncovered this pattern.

This mantra when used repeatedly, it becomes a seed in the subconscious mind. As it integrates, it will finally sprout into a beautiful flower that yOu are.
Also, by using this mantra, we give thanks and acknowledgement to the divine energies that initiated this illusion for us to experience.

Unlike traditional meditation, where your entire aim is to try still the mind, Activations are active practices.
Initially we use the hand Chakras to allow Ene G to flow freely through our systems.
As our sensitivity and experience grow, we learn to do this purely by our attention.
The entire reality we are experiencing is fuelled by Ene G.
To put into perspective, we can look directly at the constructs of the atom.
The so-called particles constitute only a tiny fraction of the totality of the atom.
The rest of the vast space within the atom is what scientists calls “empty space”
But this space isn’t empty at all.
This immense space is pure Ene G – a limitless ocean of potential.
This is the profound field we tap into when we carry out Activations.
It is the space where the I expands to meet the yOu.
These energetic centres are what we use Activations to move Ene G in and out of them.
The idea is to get to the point that all Chakras in the bOdy are functioning to their optimum.
We have taken in a step further by bringing in the Universal Chakras gOd and mOm to be able to assist us with our evoluion.
Generally, if we take on the journey ourselves, it becomes monumental, for we dealing with the I-ego mInd.
Once we include our divine parents the journey becomes much easier as we are assisted with these pure Energies.

FREQUENCY
This is the premise of Ene G.
By utilizing Ene G we can increase the frequency of our vibration.
Though once more, we realize that using the I-ego to achieve this becomes monumental. We are also aware that the I-ego establishes itself in the linear scale of existence of tIme, henceforth its struggle to break free from its own prison.
Once you become part of a circle, yOur identity as an I-ego starts to fall away and the circle dynamics start to come into effect.
When we look at the old, outdated frequency charts, we will notice that all the scale of frequencies has to do with the I-ego.
Emotions are ego based.
Feelings are soul based.
We also are bringing the physical HEART = 52 = EARTH as the centre point of the Chakra system.
Mother has already ascended she is waiting for her beloved I-child to join her.

The idea of the circle is to break the structures of the I.
The I is the only thing we are certain of.
However, it comes entirely from our programming and the external labels we have received.
The I AM is a constant in our reality – whatever follows the I AM defines the relative world we experience.
It is a subconscious agreement formed by the information given to us by our parents, our environment and our societal conditioning.
We become so identified with these I statements that we will fight to keep them at whatever costs.
Yet before the ages of seven, yOu and I would simply have fun,
We would not see age, race, gender, religion, or political ideologies.
None of that exists when we are completely pure.
What is intriguing is when a child is born and an MRI scan is done on their brain, the entire brain is lit up like a vibrant lantern.
All the neurons are firing and communicating as one.
As we are conditioned, an MRI scan shows only localized “light bulbs” of isolated activity unfolding in strict relation to what we are doing
Since the structural conditioning has been set, this Medicine Circle is our most powerful tool to break down the walls of the I – getting yOu back into having the entire brain lit up as a unified whole.

For us to break the structures of the old self – the ego – we need to work on it daily.
The course material is structured in such a way that there will be lessons, and then we will integrate the lesson by doing an activation.
Our reality outside will also assist us as we become more tuned in. Our reality will start to reveal more.

THE TECHNOLOGY OF THE BREATH
The breath will be one of our greatest tools to eradicate the I-ego from our consciousness.
The I-ego resides in the prefrontal cortex within the Default Mode Network. Its entirety is about survival at whatever costs – it is the false sense of self we have all been programmed to believe in.
That is why we refer to it as the oxygen thief.

It is also referred to as the analytical mInd. It works strictly with the data present within its own understanding and deals with situations accordingly.
